Trees hold a special place in the heart of DesignFreo. We advocate for them in our town and beyond. We bathe in their beauty as much as we can! So we’re delighted to feature Forests Atlas for our first event for the year.

This remarkable publication serves as a field guide to the forests of Southwest Australia, beautifully merging science, storytelling and design. The Forests Atlas paints a shimmering picture of the interconnectedness of our rare and precious trees. Join editor Daniel Jan Martin and graphic designer Adam Bahar of And/And for this special conversation about the making of the book, winner of a Good Design Award for Print Communications in 2024.
